Payments/Orders- Orders are done in a first come first serve basis so, please be patient as we will get to you and serve your needs.

Porn/Adult Material- Our policy is simple we make you graphics and email them directly to you and don't display those on this site as it is family safe.

NO REFUNDS - We have a no refunds policy. We work until you are satisfied and feel that is better than any refund policy. Only in a special circumstance will a refund be considered but highly unlikely.

Empty Orders- If you do not send your banner or site information to us after we send you the request for additional information in 15 days that payment will be considered a donation and we owe you nothing. We keep all payment receipts for up to 15 days.

Flash Orders- If your order includes a flash like ability such as animated flipping or blinking please be aware at this time Midnight-Design is not equipped to do this but may in future become capable. Pleas e-mail us with any questions if you feel fall in this category as no refunds are issued.

Customer Responsibility- You are responsible and required to read our policy. So ignorance is not a reason for refund! So any claims to our payment services such as Paypal will be null and void as you agree to these terms when ordering.

Auctions - If you win an auction you are responsible for paying for that order with the time period stated in auction that is a binding contract. If no response to our request for information email your payment will be considered a Empty Order and subject to a no refund policy.
